House prices increase since February
It is interesting to see that house prices gained 0.4% increase since February this year, but according to data, the annual rate of increase continued to slow.
Every region has seen a reduction in price. North East dropping by 1.7% to 0.2%, London & Wales both dropping from 3.0% to 1.8%
